Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a winder which enables easy and quick execution of an operation of injecting an electrolyte solution between a separator and a positive electrode and between a separator and a negative electrode for the purpose of producing a battery or a capacitor, and which is capable of preventing formation of wrinkles in the separator or the like. [Solution] A winder 10 comprises a winding mechanism 12 that winds separators 200, 202, a positive electrode 204 and a negative electrode 206 around a winding core 108. This winder 10 is configured to comprise the winding mechanism 12, a chamber 14 that contains the winding mechanism 12, and vacuum pumps 16(a), 16(b) that suck the air within the chamber 14.
