Abstract:
A winding battery (10), comprising a first electrode sheet (14) having a first current collector (12) and a second electrode sheet (18) having a second current collector (16); the first electrode sheet (14) is provided with an empty foil segment (22), the empty foil segment (22) comprising a region at which the first electrode sheet (14) bends for a first time; the second electrode sheet (18) is provided with a second electrode sheet head segment (20), two sides of the second current collector (16) in the second electrode sheet head segment (20) being coated with an active substance, and projections of the beginning terminal and the ending terminal of the empty foil segment (22) falling in the T direction on the second electrode sheet head segment (20). Therefore, while improving the utilization rate of battery materials and the energy density of the battery, lithium dendrites are effectively prevented, thereby improving the safety of the battery.
