In the present invention, a support shaft capable of supporting a winding body around which a long sheet is wound is formed with a first protrusion provided at the base end of the outer circumference and a second protrusion provided at the leading end of the outer circumference. The core of the winding body is formed with a first recess on one end side provided at one end of the inner circumference, a first recess on the other end side provided at the other end of the inner circumference, and a second recess provided so as to bridge the one end and the other end. In a state in which the core mounted on the outer circumference of the support shaft, the first protrusion fits into the first recess on the one end side or the first recess on the other end side, and when the core is mounted on the outer circumference of the support shaft, the second protrusion and the second recess are engaged, so that the first protrusion and the first recess on the one end side or the first recess on the other end side are aligned in the circumferential direction about the central axis.
