Abstract:
Provided is a winding device that can more accurately detect positional deviation of the distal end of an electrode sheet, and that can reduce production costs, improve production efficiency, etc. This winding device 10 comprises: electrode sheet supply mechanisms 31, 41 that supply electrode sheets 4, 5 to a winding core 12 side; a mark provided to the outer peripheral surface of the winding core 12; sensors 14a, 14b, 15a, 15b that detect information related to the positions of the distal ends of the electrode sheets 4, 5 relative to the mark; a determination unit 92 that determines the quality related to the positions of the distal ends on the basis of the detected information. The sensors 14a, 14b, 15a, 15b perform the detection of the information from when the electrode sheets 4, 5 are supplied to the winding core 12 side to when the electrode sheets 4, 5 are wound one circumference. When the quality is determined to be defective by the determination unit 92, a winding control device 91 stops the winding of the electrode sheets 4, 5 before the winding of the electrode sheets 4, 5 is completed.
