Abstract:
The present application relates to a winding and unwinding device (100) and an electrode plate preparation system (1000). The winding and unwinding device comprises a support (11), a rotating shaft (12), a turret (13) and a power assembly (14), wherein the rotating shaft (12) is rotatably arranged on the support (11). The turret (13) is arranged on the rotating shaft (12) and can rotate with the rotating shaft (12), so as to be switched between at least two target stations. The power assembly (14) comprises a first power source (14a) and a magnetic powder clutch (14b), the rotating shaft (12) is connected to the first power source (14a) in a driven manner by means of the magnetic powder clutch (14b), and the magnetic powder clutch (14b) is configured to control the rotating shaft (12) to keep stationary when the turret (13) is stopped on each target station in a suspended manner.
