Abstract:
The present invention relates to a window assembly for a surveillance camera having a central imaging device and an outer IR LED, in which an integrated first window is provided with a protrusion so as to prevent infrared light from penetrating an imaging device, the infrared light being guided along windows, and additionally the windows are provided with tinting portions which make observation of the inside of the surveillance camera, in particular the imaging device, impossible with the naked eye, due to unique opaque characteristics which prevent a surveillance area from being identified, thereby improving surveillance effects and reducing incongruity. The window assembly for a surveillance camera according to the present invention includes: a first window having a central portion for protecting an imaging device, an outer portion for protecting an IR light source, and a protrusion disposed between the central portion and the outer portion; a first outer side shielding ring coupled to overlap with the position of the coupling groove portion of the first window; and a second inner side shielding ring coupled to overlap with the position of the coupling groove portion of the first window.
