Abstract:
The present invention relates to a window curtain that can be easily used based on its rolling type structure. The curtain comprises a curtain cloth having a certain length and width, a casing having a pin groove formed at both sides of the same, and a withdrawing part provided at one side of the outer portion for withdrawing the curtain cloth through the same, a fixing assembly engaged to a center portion of an outer surface of the casing, a bearing provided at both inner sides of the casing, hollow winding rollers engaged at both sides of the bearing, a plurality of engaging pins engaged to an outer surface of the winding roller, an elastic member provided at both sides of the winding roller, and a cap fixed at both sides of the casing.

Claims
1. A window curtain, comprising: a curtain cloth 4 having a certain length and width wherein a lower side of the curtain cloth 4 is finished by a finishing bar 5 having a hook 6; a casing 1 having a pin groove lb formed at both sides of the same, and a withdrawing part la provided at one side of the outer portion for withdrawing the curtain cloth 4 through the same, wherein the curtain cloth 4 is stored therein; a fixing assembly 8 engaged to a center portion of an outer surface of the casing 1 ; a bearing 2 provided at both inner sides of the casing 1; hollow winding rollers 3 and 23 engaged at both sides of the bearing 2 and being rotatable in the interior of the casing 1, wherein the curtain cloth is rolled onto the winding rollers; a plurality of engaging pins 7 engaged to an outer surface of the winding roller 3 for thereby fixing an upper side of the curtain cloth 4 to the winding roller 3; an elastic member provided at both sides of the winding roller so that the curtain cloth 4 is wound onto the winding roller 3; and a cap 9 fixed at both sides of the casing 1.

The curtain of claim 1, wherein said elastic member is an elastic rubber ring 10 implemented in such a manner that a first fixing pin 11 is engaged to both ends of the winding roller 3 wherein one end of the same is fixed to the first fixing pin 11, and a second fixing pin 12 is engaged to a pin groove 12 formed at both ends of the casing 1 wherein the other end of the same is fixed to the second fixing pin 12, for thereby providing an elastic force to the winding roller 3.
3. The curtain of claim 1, wherein said elastic member is a winding spring 20 provided at both sides of the winding roller 23 for thereby providing a certain elastic force to the winding roller 23.
Description:
Description WINDOW CURTAIN Technical Field [1] The present invention relates to a window curtain, and in particular to a window curtain capable of achieving an easier use of the same.

Background Art [2] In a conventional window curtain, an absorption part is provided in an upper side.

A curtain formed of a thin synthetic resin material is formed in a plate shape. The curtain is installed in such a manner that the absorption part provided in the upper side is attached, so that the plate shaped curtain is installed and covers the window.

[3] In the thusly-constituted window curtain, it should be repeatedly attached or detached whenever it is used for thereby causing much inconvenience. Since the curtain is formed in a plate shape, when it is stored, it requires a large area of space.

Disclosure of Invention Technical Solution [4] Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a window curtain capable of overcoming the problems encountered in the conventional art.

[5] It is another object of the present invention to provide a window curtain that can be easily used based on its rolling type structure.

[6] To achieve the above objects, there is provided a window curtain that can be easily used based on a rolling structure.

[7] To achieve the above objects, there is provided a window curtain, comprising a curtain cloth having a certain length and width wherein a lower side of the curtain cloth is finished by a finishing bar having a hook, a casing having a pin groove formed at both sides of the same, and a withdrawing part provided at one side of the outer portion for withdrawing the curtain cloth through the same, wherein the curtain cloth is stored therein, a fixing assembly engaged to a center portion of an outer surface of the casing, a bearing provided at both inner sides of the casing, hollow winding rollers engaged at both sides of the bearing and being rotatable in the interior of the casing, wherein the curtain cloth is rolled onto the winding rollers, a plurality of engaging pins engaged to an outer surface of the winding roller for thereby fixing an upper side of the curtain cloth to the winding roller, an elastic member provided at both sides of the winding roller so that the curtain cloth is wound onto the winding roller, and a cap fixed at both sides of the casing.

[8] The elastic member is an elastic rubber ring implemented in such a manner that a first fixing pin is engaged to both ends of the winding roller wherein one end of the same is fixed to the first fixing pin, and a second fixing pin is engaged to a pin groove formed at both ends of the casing wherein the other end of the same is fixed to the second fixing pin for thereby providing an elastic force to the winding roller.

[9] Therefore, [10] in the window curtain according to the present invention, it is possible to easily install using the fixing assembly engaged to an outer surface of the casing. The curtain cloth is elastically rolled onto the winding roller by the elastic rubber ring provided at both sides of the winding roller in a rolling type. Therefore, the present invention may be used for the purpose of curtain by easily installing at the window of the common building and may be used for a curtain for a vehicle by easily installing at a windshield of the vehicle. In addition, the curtain cloth may be modified and used for an ad- vertisement film printed with a certain desired message, so that the present invention can have a desired advertisement effect together with a common advertisement effect.

When the present invention is used for a chart for conference, it can be used for a chart hanger. In addition, since the present invention is fabricated using a material of steel, PVC, acryl, etc. , it is possible to fabricate the product at lower cost. The present invention is competitive in price. When the product is damaged or parts are lost, a maintenance and exchange of the product are easy. Therefore, the present invention may be permanently used.

[19] Figure 1 is a perspective view illustrating the construction of a window curtain according to the present invention, and Figure 2 is a perspective view illustrating an engagement of Figure 1 according to the present invention.

[20] As shown therein, a withdrawing part la is formed in one outer portion of a casing 1 in a longitudinal direction, and a pin groove lb is formed at both sides of the same. A bearing 2 is engaged at both inner sides. A cap 9 is installed at both sides of the same.

[21] In addition, a fixing assembly 8 is provided at a center portion of an outer surface of the casing 1, so that the window curtain is installed in a windshield of a vehicle or a window of a building.

[22] A winding roller 3 is installed in the bearing 2 provided at both inner sides of the casing 1, and the both ends of the winding roller 3 are supported by the bearing 2.

Therefore, when a curtain cloth 4 is pulled, the winding roller 3 is smoothly rotated in the interior of the casing 1.

[23] In addition, an elastic member is provided at both sides of the winding roller 3. A first fixing pin 11 is engaged to both end sides of the winding roller 4 based on the inventive features of the present invention. One side of the same is fixed by the first fixing pin 11. A second fixing pin 12 is engaged to a pin groove lb formed at both ends of the casing 1. The other side of the same is fixed to the second fixing pin 12. An elastic rubber ring 10 is adapted to provide a certain elastic force to the winding roller 3. Here, the second fixing pin 12 is supported by the pin groove lb of the casing 1 in such a manner that the second fixing pin 12 is rightly pulled in a state that the elastic rubber ring 10 is fixed to the first fixing pin 11.

[24] In addition, in the winding roller 3, the upper end of the curtain cloth 4, of which the lower side is finished by a finishing bar 5 with a hook 6 in the center, is fixed by a plurality of engaging pins 7 engaged to an outer surface of the winding roller 3, so that an elastic force is applied to the winding roller 3 by the elastic rubber ring 10.

Therefore, the curtain cloth 4 is wound onto the winding roller 3. The length and width of the curtain cloth 4 may be changed if necessary. In addition, the material of the same may be also changed.

[25] The window curtain according to the present invention has a certain size that can be changed. The fixing assembly 8 engaged to the center of the outer portion of the casing 1 is hung at the support member installed in an inner ceiling portion of the window side. In a state that the curtain cloth 4 is wound on the winding roller 3, when the window is covered, the finishing bar 5 of the lower side of the curtain cloth 4 is pulled down, so that the elastic rubber ring 10 provided at both sides of the winding rol ler 3 is twisted as shown in Figure 4, whereby the curtain cloth 4 is unfolded. The hook 6 provided in the finishing bar 5 of the lower side of the unfolded curtain cloth 4 is engaged to a lower side of the window.

[26] On the contrary, when lifting up the curtain, the hook 6 fixed to the lower side of the window is separated. The curtain cloth 4 is unfolded, and the twisted elastic rubber ring 10 is released. The winding roller 3 is rotated in the interior of the casing 1, and the curtain 4 is rolled by the winding roller 3 by an elastic force.

[27] In the window curtain according to the present invention, the fixing assembly 8 provided in the outer surface of the casing 1 can be easily installed. The curtain cloth 4 is elastically rolled up onto the winding roller 3 by the elastic rubber ring 10 provided at both ends of the winding roller 3 in a rolling structure method. Therefore, it is possible to easily use the product.

[28] In addition, the fixing assembly 8 engaged to an outer portion of the casing 1 may be easily hung on a support unit installed in the ceiling portion of a window side of a common building. Therefore, the present invention may be easily adapted for the curtain of the common building.

[29] The present invention may be easily installed in a vehicle in such a manner that the fixing assembly 8 is fixed to the engaging part such as a handle installed in the upper side of the windshield for thereby achieving an easier installation. In addition, the present invention may be used for a sunlight prevention apparatus capable of preventing sunlight inputted into the windshield.

[30] The curtain cloth 4 may be used as an advertisement film. Therefore, the curtain cloth 4 may be installed in an advertisement section of the outer side of a vehicle such as bus, etc. for thereby enhancing an advertisement effect. In addition, it is possible to resolve the problems that the vehicle is damaged when a windshield is color-tinted for a certain advertisement. In addition, a user can install the product of the present invention on a windshield using an advertisement film with various messages such as 'Beginner driver', 'Yield','On vocation', etc. and an advertisement film with a certain photo or image. Therefore, the user can effectively advertise a desired content.

[31] In addition, the curtain 4 may be modified and used as a chart generally used for conference, etc. Therefore, the present invention may be effectively used for a chart generally used for a briefing or seminar conducted in a common company.

[32] Since the product is fabricated using steel, PVC, acryl, etc. , the fabrication cost is low. Therefore, the present invention is competitive in price. When the product is damaged or lost, the maintenance or exchange is easily performed. Therefore, the product may be permanently used.

[33] Figure 4 is a cross sectional view illustrating an elastic member according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown therein, the elastic member is provided with a winding spring 20 installed at both sides of the winding roller 23 for thereby providing a certain elastic force to the winding roller 23.

[34] Figure 5 is a perspective view illustrating the construction of a window curtain according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown therein, the present invention includes a pair of absorption parts 31 at both sides of the outer portion of the casing 30 for thereby achieving an easily installation.

Industrial Applicability [35] As described above, in the window curtain according to the present invention, it is possible to easily install using the fixing assembly 8 engaged to an outer surface of the casing 1. The curtain cloth 4 is elastically rolled onto the winding roller 3 by the elastic rubber ring 10 provided at both sides of the winding roller 3 in a rolling type.

Therefore, the present invention may be used for the purpose of curtain by easily installing at the window of the common building and may be used for a curtain for a vehicle by easily installing at a windshield of the vehicle. In addition, the curtain cloth 4 may be modified and used for an advertisement film printed with a certain desired message, so that the present invention can have a desired advertisement effect together with a common advertisement effect. When the present invention is used for a chart for conference, it can be used for a chart hanger. In addition, since the present invention is fabricated using a material of steel, PVC, acryl, etc. , it is possible to fabricate the product at lower cost. The present invention is competitive in price. When the product is damaged or parts are lost, a maintenance and exchange of the product are easy.

Therefore, the present invention may be permanently used.

[36] As the present invention may be embodied in several forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof, it should also be understood that the above-described examples are not limited by any of the details of the foregoing de- scription, unless otherwise specified, but rather should be construed broadly within its spirit and scope as defined in the appended claims, and therefore all changes and modi- fications that fall within the meets and bounds of the claims, or equivalences of such meets and bounds are therefore intended to be embraced by the appended claims.
