Abstract:
A window dimming device and a control method therefor. By means of the device and the control method, a mobile terminal acquires a geographical location of an area where a building is located and the weather information and indoor environment information thereabout, and determines the specific content of a drive instruction sent to a drive module according to the weather information and the indoor environment information; and the drive module adjusts the drive mode for driving electrochromic window glass according to the content of the drive instruction, so that the building can adjust an indoor lighting condition according to weather changes in the four seasons throughout the year and environmental changes in the room. This can not only improve the lighting of an indoor environment and enhance the comfort of the indoor environment, but also increase the degree of intelligence of the building and reduce the carbon emission of the building.
