Abstract:
A projecting window opening-closing device (1) comprises: a projecting force generating mechanism (7) for generating a projecting force when an opening (3) has been opened by a projecting sash (5) being turned in a direction (R1) about its upper part, wherein the projecting force that is generated is in the opposite direction (R1) to the direction of a rotational moment (R2) generated in the projecting sash (5) from the weight (W) of the projecting sash (5) and increases or decreases according to changes in the rotational moment; a transmitting mechanism (8) that transmits the projecting force generated by the projecting force generating mechanism (7) to the projecting sash (5); and an anchoring mechanism (9) for anchoring the projecting sash (5) in the closed position for the opening (3).
