Abstract:
A windshield according to one aspect of the present invention is a windshield for a vehicle which can be provided with an information acquisition device for acquiring information from outside a vehicle by irradiating and/or receiving light. This windshield comprises a glass plate which has an information acquisition region that faces the information acquisition device and allows the light to pass therethrough, and a viewing region that allows the driver driving the vehicle to confirm traffic conditions during driving, the information acquisition region being configured to have an optical transmittance lower than that of the viewing region.
