Abstract:
The present invention is a windshield on which can be disposed an information acquisition device for acquiring information from outside of a vehicle by radiating and/or receiving light. The windshield comprises: a glass plate; and a heating wire provided on the glass plate and to which an electric current is applied. The glass panel has at least one information acquisition region that faces the information acquisition device and through which light passes. The heating wire comprises a plurality of wire-like main parts that pass through at least the interior of the information acquisition region, and wire-like connection parts connecting the plurality of main parts. At least one of the connection parts has a heat suppression means for suppressing heat when the electric current is applied.
