Abstract:
A windshield according to the present invention comprises: a first glass plate having a first surface and a second surface; a second glass plate having a first surface and a second surface, said second glass plate being arranged so that the first surface thereof faces the second surface of the first glass plate; and an intermediate film that has a first surface and a second surface and is sandwiched between the first glass plate and the second glass plate. The first glass plate and the second glass plate each have a first end and a second end facing the first end. The intermediate film has a first end and a second end facing the first end. The first glass plate is formed so as to have a wedge-shaped cross section in which the thickness becomes thinner from the first end toward the second end. A plurality of lines extending horizontally are formed in each of the first glass plate and the second glass plate when the first glass plate and the second glass plate are mounted to a vehicle.
