Abstract:
A wine flavor analysis system is provided. The wine flavor analysis system may comprise: a flavor information storage unit for storing a target wine preliminary flavor value obtained by analyzing a flavor for a target wine via a flavor recognition device and quantitatively digitizing the flavor for the target wine, and a standard wine flavor value obtained by analyzing a flavor for a standard wine via the flavor recognition device and quantitatively digitizing the flavor for the standard wine; and a flavor information calculation unit which is provided with the target wine preliminary flavor value and the standard wine flavor value from the flavor information storage unit, compares the target wine preliminary flavor value and the standard wine flavor value, and digitizes a difference therebetween in order to calculate and store a target wine flavor value.
