Abstract:
Disclosed is a wine, characterized in that it is prepared by the following steps: washing grapes with water; immersing the grapes in clean water for 10 - 30 minutes; putting the grapes in a ventilated place and drying in air; removing stems, putting the grapes in a vessel without water or oil and mashing; charging the mashed grapes into a bottle without water or oil, with a volume not exceeding 1/2 of the volume of the bottle; adding sugar in a weight ratio to the grapes of 1:8 - 1:12 into the bottle; sealing and putting the bottle in an environment at room temperature; and opening a sealing device to exhaust when the liquid level rises to the position 7 - 10 cm from the opening of the bottle. The wine has advantages of low cost, simple process, pure taste, pleasant aroma and so on.
