Abstract:

[Problem] Conventional wiper blades have a disadvantage that while a wiper body is being moved, wiped rainwater and the like flow outward from the leading end on the free end side of a wind wiper by centrifugal force, and visibility becomes poor owing to the water and the like that have flowed out. [Solution] This wiper blade is characterized by comprising: a wiper body which has a lip part for wiping a window panel in slide contact with the surface of the window panel; and a convex-shaped rainwater receiving part which is provided on each side surface at the leading end on the free end side of the lip part and extends in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the lip part, and in that the inner side surface of the convex-shaped rainwater receiving part is curved in a concave shape from the base to the leading end thereof, and the end surface and the inner side surface of the rainwater receiving part are provided continuously so as to form an acute angle therebetween.
