Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To provide a wiping cloth which is less apt to leave a wiping residue, can remove a microfine-particle-containing paste without marring the surface being wiped, and holds the microfine particles in the fabric without fail and prevent them from flying off the system. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The wiping cloth is a fabric for wiping off a substantially water-free paste containing particles with a maximum particle diameter of 40 µm or smaller and having a paste viscosity of 0.5-50 Pa·s. It comprises ultrafine fibers each having a fineness of 1.0 dtex or less and has a fabric bulk density of 2.2 cm3/g or higher and a fabric thickness of 0.25 mm or larger.
