Abstract:
A wiping cosmetic sheet (1) according to the present invention is used when cleaning the skin. In this wiping cosmetic sheet (1), a nonwoven fabric sheet (11) is impregnated with a gel type composition created by gelatinizing a liquid cosmetic for applying to the skin using a carboxyvinyl polymer which is a water-soluble polymer. According to the wiping cosmetic sheet (1) which is composed as above, the gel type composition impregnated into the nonwoven fabric sheet (11) is gelatinized by a water-soluble polymer. Consequently, since the gel type composition is not easily volatilized and keeps a moistened state for an extended period of time, this wiping cosmetic sheet (1) is capable of easily removing dirt, various germs, etc. from the skin while maintaining a feeling of moisturization in the skin.
