Abstract:
A wire drawing production apparatus for wire coils, the apparatus comprising a wire drawing mechanism and a winding mechanism, wherein the wire drawing mechanism comprises a wire drawing platform (1), and a rolling component and a guide component which are arranged inside the wire drawing platform; the winding mechanism comprises a protection mechanism and a winding platform (2), wherein a surface of the winding platform is rotationally connected to a winding roller (3), the protection mechanism comprises a top plate (4) fixed on one side of the wire drawing platform and the winding platform, and a water tank (5), the bottom of the top plate is fixedly connected to a top guide plate (6), the bottom of the top guide plate is fixedly connected to a protection frame (7), and an inner cavity of the protection frame is provided with a conveying structure; and the conveying structure comprises a conveying rod (8), wherein one end of the conveying rod is fixedly connected to a guide ring (9), and a surface of the conveying rod is movably sleeved with a limiting ring (10). According to the apparatus, a drawn wire is conveyed by the conveying structure and is protected during conveying from accidental touches by operators; and by means of the guide ring and the limiting ring, the size of the wire can be adapted, so as to prevent severe wear caused by excess transverse movement of the wire; and a cooling water filling tank below same is used for continuous cooling, such that the stress can be eliminated.
