The problem addressed by the invention is to machine sharp edge outside corners with high precision. The present invention is a wire electrical discharge machining device that, when finishing the corner of a workpiece, performs corner control so that the wire feed rate is faster than when machining portions other than the corner while performing electrical discharge machining multiple times between the wire and the workpiece. The device is configured to have: a target control segment-calculating unit (82), which calculates a target control segment represented by a corner control starting point and ending point in the current finishing electrical discharge machining based on machining parameters; an actual control segment-calculating unit (83) that corrects the corner control starting point and ending point given by the target control segment, which has been calculated by the target control segment-calculating unit (82), on the basis of the magnitude of the form error of the corner in the previous finishing electrical discharge machining and calculates the actual control segment; and a speed control unit (87) that controls the wire feed rate so that the processed volume per unit time in the actual control segment is the same as when machining portions other than the corner.
