Abstract:
A wire guiding apparatus for a stator winding machine comprises a wire guiding plate (1), wherein a plurality of grooves (10) is disposed on a side surface of the wire guiding plate (1), and the grooves (10) are provided with wire guiding mechanisms (2) therein. The wire guiding mechanism (2) comprises two cylindrical sleeves (20) and a cylindrical connector (21) connecting end portions of the two sleeves (20); each sleeve (20) comprises a flexible rubber tube (200) and end covers (201) positioned at two ends of the flexible rubber tube (200); the sleeves (20) are provided with fluid therein; rotating shafts (202) are disposed on surfaces of the end covers (201) at the ends of the sleeves (20) away from the connector (21); bearing mounting seats (100) connected to the rotating shafts (202) in a rotating manner are disposed on inner walls of the groove (10). By making a copper wire pass through a groove (10) and be placed between two sleeves (20) during wire winding, the two sleeves (20) are driven by the copper wire to rotate, and flexible rubber tubes (200) on sidewalls of the sleeves (20) are raised under the action of centrifugal force caused by the fluid in the sleeves (20) and the pressure of the copper wire, with the raising height changing with the rotating speed to limit the copper wire. Therefore, the wire guiding apparatus can better adapt to both varied diameters and rotating speeds of copper wires, and the cost is reduced.
