Provided is a wire harness protector which adopts a compact configuration during operation and adopts a wire harness wiring configuration when mounted on a vehicle, and which has excellent wire harness protection performance. This wire harness protector (1) is provided with a first protective member (2) in which a wire harness is housed, a second protective member (3) in which the wire harness is housed, and a cylindrical, flexible third protective member (4) in which the wire harness is housed and which has both ends opened. Both the first protective member (2) and the second protective member (3) are formed of a rigid member. On one end (8) of the first protective member (2), a first housing part (10) is provided in which one end (27) of the third protective member (4) is housed, and on one end (18) of the second protective member (3), a second housing part (20) is provided in which the other end (28) of the third protective member (4) is housed. The first housing part (10) has a U-shape in cross-section with an opened top surface, and the distal portion of the second housing part (20) is housed in said first housing part (10).
