[Problem] To provide a wire harness with clip, in which a clip formed so as to be able to engage with an attachment hole in a panel is integrally molded with an electrical wire inserted in the attachment hole. [Solution] In a wire harness with clip (1), a clip (2) engaged in an attachment hole (13) in a panel (12) is molded integrally with an electrical wire (3). The wire harness with clip comprises a plate-shaped portion (4) superposed on the attachment hole (13) and placed in contact with the panel (12), a main body portion (5) erected from the plate-shaped portion (4) and inserted in the attachment hole (13), and engaging pieces (6) engaged with the peripheral edge portion of the attachment hole (13), the electrical wire (3) being provided so as to penetrate through the plate-shaped portion (4) and the main body portion (5).
