This wire harness (9) has: a high-voltage conductive pathway (16) that is a conductive pathway; an outer cladding member (15) that is formed by means of a rectangular tube-shaped member and that houses the high-voltage conductive pathway (16) therewithin; and a sheet member (30) that is wrapped around the high-voltage conductive pathway (16) in a manner so as to cover the entirety in the peripheral direction.
