Abstract:
Provided is a wire harness (1) such that an electrical wire (2) does not lose flexibility, and cracks and ruptures do not occur readily in an insulator (22) due to vibrations. The wire harness (1) comprises: the electrical wire (2) comprising a conductor (21) and the insulator (22) covering the outer periphery of the conductor (21); a terminal (3) connected to the conductor (21) at an end of the electrical wire (2); and a molded resin part (4) covering the outer periphery of the insulator (22) at the end of the electrical wire (2) and the outer periphery of an extremity portion of the terminal (3) on the electrical wire (2) side thereof. As measured using a dynamic viscoelasticity measurement device in tensile mode, at a temperature rise rate of 5°C/minute, and a frequency of 10 Hz, the storage elastic modulus E' of the insulator (22) is 100 MPa or lower at 25°C, and 1 MPa or greater at 250°C, and the starting temperature (T) for the rubber-like flat region (G) is 150°C or lower.
