The present invention relates to a wire for loading a flat plate and a method for manufacturing the same. The present invention provides a wire rack for loading a flat plate, the wire rack comprising: a pair of first and second frames comprising horizontal frames spaced from each other in the upward/downward direction and multiple vertical frames connecting the horizontal frames in a perpendicular direction; and a plurality of metal wires horizontally connected to the vertical frames of the first and second frames facing each other so as to constitute multiple layers, wherein a coating is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the metal wires by applying thermosetting resin thereto at a uniform thickness and then curing the same; a plurality of support members are installed on the coated wires so as to maintain a predetermined interval along the longitudinal direction; the support members have wire fitting holes formed therein such that the same can be installed to surround the outer peripheral surface of the coated wires at a predetermined thickness; and the outer peripheral surface of the support members is configured in a ring shape or in a spherical shape.
