Abstract:
A wire rod for a gas protection welding wire. The wire rod has the following chemical element mass percentage content: C≤0.03%, Mn: 0.20-0.70%, Si: 0.20-0.60%, Ni: 1.6-2.7%, Cr: 1.60-2.20%, Cu: 0.15-0.35%, Ti: 0.01-0.07%, with the balance being Fe and other inevitable impurities. Disclosed is a gas protection welding wire. The comprehensive mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of welding wire deposited metal when the gas protection welding wire is welded are equivalent to those of S350EW as a welding base material, the process performance has a wide range, and specifications of a hot rolled sheet and a cold rolled sheet are taken into consideration.
