Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wire saw with 3D-shaped beads. More particularly, the wire saw includes: a wire; first beads inserted on the wire and formed curvedly; second beads inserted on the wire to be adjacent to the first beads and symmetrical with respect to the first beads; an elastic body connecting the first beads to the second beads; and a resin coating layer for sealing the wire, the first beads, the second beads and the elastic body with resin in such a manner that the outer peripheral surfaces of the beads are exposed. A plurality of the first beads and a plurality of the second beads are repetitively inserted on the wire in pairs. The neighboring first and second beads are formed to be adjacent to each other at outer peripheries thereof or circularly contact each other at a predetermined angle.
