The purpose of the present invention is to obtain a wire-suctioning device capable of reliably preventing the winding of a wire electrode onto a collection roller using a simple configuration, and a wire-collecting device. This wire-suctioning device comprises: a first member having first curved surfaces provided with a pointed section for making close contact with one side of the circumferential surfaces of first and second collection rollers; a second member having second curved surfaces provided with a pointed section for making close contact with the other side of the circumferential surfaces of the first and second collection rollers; and a third member, in the center of which a through hole is formed through which a discharged wire electrode is made to run in the collection direction and which connects the first member to the second member so that between the first curved surfaces and the second curved surfaces, two grooves that are contiguous with the through hole and form gaps from the circumferential surfaces of the first and second collection rollers are formed. The wire-suctioning device is configured so that a fluid-jetting port for jetting a fluid in the collection direction of the through hole is formed in the first, second or third member.
