Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wire terminal processing device which can be miniaturized and reduce a manufacturing cost, and the wire terminal processing device of the present invention, for performing a stripping process for removing the outer layer of a wire terminal drawn in from the front, and a crimping process for crimping a terminal, to the wire terminal from which the outer layer has been removed, comprises: a support frame having an upper support frame and a lower support frame positioned below the upper support frame; a first camshaft which is provided in the upper support frame, in a lateral direction perpendicular to the direction of drawing in a wire, and which is coupled a fixing cam, a vertical stripping cam, and a horizontal stripping cam; a fixing member which is provided in front of the first camshaft in the upper support frame, and which presses and fixes the wire by being downwardly driven by the fixing cam during the stripping and the crimping process; a stripping member which is provided behind the first camshaft in the upper support frame, and which cuts the outer layer except for a core wire of the wire terminal by being downwardly driven by the vertical stripping cam during the stripping process, and then removes the outer layer of the wire terminal by being driven to the rear by the horizontal stripping cam; a crimping member which is provided behind the stripping member in the upper support frame, and which crimps the terminal of the wire terminal from which the outer layer has been removed, by being downwardly driven by a crimping cam during the crimping process; and a second camshaft which is provided behind the crimping member, in the lateral direction in the upper support frame, and to which the crimping cam is coupled.
