Title:
WIRE WINDING MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/027623
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Respective elevating bodies (20L, 20R) (nozzles (10L, 10R)) are driven individually by corresponding elevation motors (21L, 21R) so as to rise/descend while having a winding phase difference of 180°. A feeding table (40) is driven by a single feed motor (41), and moves reciprocally in a level manner along a single feeding reference line (FL). The feed motor (41) moves the feeding table (40) with a prescribed range (for example, ±45°) that includes the central value (a phase difference of ±90°) of the winding phase difference (180°) formed by the two elevating bodies (20L, 20R) (nozzles (10L, 10R)). Thus, by supporting in a dispersed manner the impact load accompanying the reciprocal movement of the elevating bodies and the driving load applied to the elevating body drive source, it is possible to provide a wire winding machine with which an increase in the size and weight can be avoided, and vibration/noise can be reduced.
