Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wire winding shape measuring device for measuring the winding shape of a wire by means of temperature measurement. A wire winding shape measuring device according to an embodiment of the present invention can comprise: a temperature sensor unit having multiple temperature sensors for measuring the temperature of a wire wound on a wire air cooled base; a sensor signal collection and analysis unit for extracting a peak candidate group from temperature data items of respective multiple temperature sensors of the temperature sensor unit, extracting a temperature data candidate group relating to the wire from the extracted peak candidate group, calculating the widthwise width of the wire, deciding both lengthwise end points of the wire by means of a temperature change differential value within the temperature data items, and tracking the winding shape of the wire; and a simulation unit for providing an appropriate winding shape tracking algorithm in accordance with a simulation to the sensor signal collection and analysis unit.
