Abstract:
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a wireless access network system, and a data transmission control method and apparatus. The wireless access network system comprises: a first access network device provided on a first satellite and a second access network device provided outside the first satellite, the first access network device comprising a distributed unit entity and a first centralized unit user plane entity; the second access network device comprising a second centralized unit user plane entity; the first access network device and/or the second access network device comprising a centralized unit control plane entity; the centralized unit control plane entity being used for controlling the distributed unit entity to transmit user plane data by means of a first link in the first access network device and/or a second link between the first access network device and the second access network device. Thus, large-capacity data transmission requirements, satellite lightweighting requirements, and the capacity requirements for a satellite-borne chip can be met, thereby achieving the optimal design of a low-orbit satellite communication system.
