Abstract:
A wireless actuator is capable of controlling movement of a movable table on a
base section (1) without connecting a power supply cable or a signal cable with
the movable table (2) and capable of controlling each individual movable table
independently even when a plurality of movable tables are provided. The wireless
actuator comprises track rails (30, 80), slide members (31, 81) movable along
the track rails, a drive means (4) mounted on the slide members and permitting
the slide members to run along the track rails, a wireless receiving section (70)
mounted on the slide members and receiving a drive control signal for the drive
means, a control unit (6) for generating the drive control signal and transmitting
it to the wireless receiving section, and a noncontact power supply means (5)
having a primary member (50) provided on the track rail and a secondary member
(51) provided on the slide member and supplying power from the track rail side
to the drive means and the wireless receiving section mounted on the slide members.
