Title:
WIRELESS BASE STATION, PREDICTION DEVICE, AND PREDICTION METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/154186
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a technique for predicting the communication load in a wireless cell administered by a nearby base station, even in the absence of notification of wireless resource conditions from the nearby base station via an X2 connection. The present invention is characterized in that measurement data for the wireless quality of signals in a wireless cell administered by a prediction-targeted wireless base station, obtained from a nearby wireless base station that is different from the prediction-targeted wireless base station targeted for prediction of communication load, but that is nearby the prediction-targeted wireless base station, is used to predict the communication load of the wireless cell administered by the prediction-targeted wireless base station.
