Abstract:
This wireless base station receives a configuration indication from a radio resource control layer. If the configuration indication is included in a particular inter-node message, the wireless base station assumes that the configuration indication is from the radio resource control layer of a secondary cell group and a radio bearer, and if another configuration indication differing from the configuration indication is included in the inter-node message, the wireless base station assumes that the configuration indication is from the radio resource control layer of the secondary cell group.
