Abstract:
A wireless charger according to an embodiment comprises: a transmission coil for generating magnetic flux by receiving an alternating current; an inverter for generating the alternating current by receiving a direct current; a direct current-direct current converter for supplying the direct current to the inverter; and a controller for generating a ping signal through the transmission coil by controlling operations of the direct current-direct current converter and the inverter, wherein the controller can be configured to periodically generate a first ping signal, maintain the direct current supply for a first stabilizing section from the first ping signal generation, block the direct current for a predetermined time after the first stabilization section, supply the current after the predetermined time, and generate a second ping signal after a second stabilization section from the predetermined time.
