Abstract:
A wireless charging apparatus according to various embodiments of the present invention comprises: a power supply module; a wireless power transmission module for transmitting power to a reception coil of an electronic device via a transmission coil, the power being applied from the power supply module; a sensor module including a plurality of sensors capable of detecting the proximity or contact of the electronic device; an alignment driving module including a plurality of rollers for moving the electronic device in contact with the wireless charging apparatus; a processor operatively connected with the power supply module, the wireless power transmission module, the sensor module and the alignment driving module; and a memory operatively connected with the processor, wherein the memory may store instructions for allowing the processor, when executed, to determine the number and location of the sensors which detect the proximity of the electronic device from among the plurality of sensors on the basis of sensing information received from the sensor module, and to control at least some of the plurality of rollers to be selectively driven on the basis of an automatically arranged sequence designated according to the number and location of the sensors which detect the proximity of the electronic device to control the center of the electronic device to move toward the center of the wireless charging apparatus.Other embodiments are possible.
