Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide a wireless charging apparatus and method. The wireless charging apparatus can intelligently identify the position of a device to be charged, and mechanically aligns an emitting coil of the wireless charging apparatus with a receiving coil of the device to be charged so that the emitting coil can be ensured to locate at the optimal position relative to the receiving coil, thereby improving the wireless charging efficiency. The apparatus comprises: a housing, a first guide rail, a second guide rail, a connection portion, a drive part, and an emitting coil. The emitting coil is fixed at the connection portion. The first guide rail is movably connected to the second guide rail by means of the connection portion. The drive part is used for driving the connection portion to drive the second guide rail to move along the first guide rail, and/or driving the connection portion to drive the first guide rail to move along the second guide rail. The emitting coil is used for emitting an electromagnetic signal for wirelessly charging the device to be charged provided with the receiving coil.
