Abstract:
The present application is applicable to the technical field of wireless charging, and provides a wireless charging circuit 1, a switching circuit 2, a control method thereof and a storage medium. The control method comprises: controlling the on-off state of a switch tube according to a first dead time; and if the drain source voltage and the gate source voltage of the switch tube of any lower bridge arm are at low levels at the same time in the k-th switching period, shortening the first dead time to a second dead time; and obtaining the second dead time of the zero-voltage switch through cyclic debugging. The debugging process does not require the collection of voltage information or current information of a load terminal, and the dead time can be adaptively adjusted when the parameter of the wireless charging circuit 1 is changed or the load is changed. The control efficiency and the degree of automation are improved while the control logic of the zero-voltage switch is simplified, thereby reducing the switching loss.
