Abstract:
An embodiment of the present invention discloses an electronic device comprising: a first communication circuit that supports first communication in a first frequency band; a second communication circuit that supports second communication in a second frequency band; a power transmission coil; and a control circuit. The control circuit is configured to: connect an external electronic device and the first communication; transmit power to the external electronic device, on the basis of the first communication using the power transmission coil; receive, from the external electronic device on the basis of the first communication, a first signal including a CEP at a first point in time; after the first point in time, count a first number of times a specified unit time elapses without the first signal being received; if the first number of times corresponds to a specified first threshold value, transmit, to the external electronic device on the basis of the first communication, a second signal for requesting a second communication connection; connect the external electronic device and the second communication on the basis of reception of a third signal including a response of the external electronic device to the second signal; and transmit and receive, to and from the external electronic device on the basis of the second communication, data related to the transmission of the power.
