Abstract:
This wireless communication device is provided with a control unit and an information card on which a profile is recorded, wherein the control unit is provided with a switching control unit which controls the switching of the profile, and an application control unit which controls a profile-compliant application in compliance with the profile. When having switched to a new profile of the information card, the switching control unit reads information from the new profile, and the switching control unit notifies the application control unit of the information read from the new profile.
