Abstract:
Provided is a method for switching to a high gain modulation scheme of a control signal, in which communication is possible even when the line quality significantly deteriorates, and the transmission speed is not affected when the line quality is excellent. This wireless communication device includes: a symbol combination circuit which combines reception symbols; demodulation circuits which demodulate the reception symbols before and after combination; error correction circuits which perform error correction on reception data after demodulation; a detection circuit which detects a first error detection code from the reception data after the error correction; a second detection circuit which detects a second error detection code, in which a plurality of arbitrary bits are inverted, from the reception data after the error correction; and a reception data selection circuit which selects reception data. The reception data selection circuit uses the detection results of the first and the second error detection codes, determines the modulation scheme used during transmission, and selects the reception data corresponding to the determined modulation scheme.
