Abstract:
UE (200) performs, on either an uplink or a downlink, asymmetric ROHC in which header compression is applied to the packet data convergence protocol layer. The UE (200) is provided with: a data transmission/reception unit (220) which receives, from an eNB, a support notification indicating that asymmetric ROHC is supported; and a capability notification unit (240) which, when the data transmission/reception unit (220) has received the support notification, includes an asymmetric ROHC profile in capability information regarding the UE (200) and thereby notifies the eNB of information used to set asymmetric ROHC.
