Abstract:
Disclosed is a wireless communication device that is capable of accurately and stably detecting an output of a transmission antenna without affecting an antenna characteristic. The wireless communication device has an array antenna for scattering and sending a transmission output to a plurality of antenna elements, couples a radiation output from one, or more than one mutually adjacent plurality of antenna elements to the antenna elements in question, and comprises a detector which detects signals, said detector being attached to a surface of the array antenna. The array antenna is a millimetre wave antenna having a flat radiation surface or opening surface, and is a (microstrip) patch array, a slot array, or the like.
