Embodiments of the present application are related to a wireless communication method and apparatus. According to an embodiment of the present application, an exemplary method includes: receiving a signaling indicating at least one reference signal (RS), wherein a spatial domain filter associated with the at least one RS is on or off; and determining at least one of a random access procedure or a paging procedure based on the signaling.
