Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide a wireless communication method and device. A network device can configure a reasonable sidelink grant resource, thereby optimizing sidelink communication. The wireless communication method comprises: a transmitting end device transmits, to a network device, a buffer state report (BSR) for sidelink communication, wherein the BSR comprises the data buffer information of at least one first target address and/or the data buffer information of at least one second target address; a buffer size field in the data buffer information of the at least one first target address is set to be a corresponding data buffer value; and a buffer size field in the data buffer information of the at least one second target address is set to be zero.
