Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide a wireless communication method, a terminal device, and a network device. Whether a new TCI state is effective is determined during repetition of a channel or signal, or the effective time of the new TCI state is determined after the repetition of the channel or signal, so that the consistency of a terminal and a network in beam understanding can be ensured.
