Abstract:

The present invention relates to a wireless communication method and a wireless communication terminal for power saving based on a target wake time and, more specifically, to a wireless communication method and a wireless communication terminal for scheduling data transmission during a target wake time service period. To this end, the present invention provides: a wireless communication terminal, which comprises a processor and a transmission/reception unit, wherein the processor transmits via the transmission/reception unit a target wake time (TWT) request message comprising a TWT element for setting a TWT for a power saving mode, receives via the transmission/reception unit a TWT response message comprising a TWT element and corresponding to the TWT request message, and executes an operation during a TWT service period on the basis of TWT element information extracted from the received TWT response message; and a wireless communication method using same.
