Disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention are wireless communication methods and apparatuses, and a network device. A wireless communication method comprises: determining a target receive power value; and controlling first transmit power and/or second transmit power according to the target receive power value, so that the difference between first receive power and second receive power is less than a preset power threshold. A wireless communication method comprises: determining reference time; and controlling first transmission time and/or second transmission time according to the reference time, so that the difference between first reception time and second reception time is less than a preset time difference.
