Abstract:
The power of a signal from a mobile terminal device to a base terminal device is efficiently controlled in a wireless communication system in which a mobile terminal device and a base terminal device communicate. A scheduling unit (1013) causes a δpower-offset, decided on the basis of a value set to new data indicator field and a value set to uplink power offset field in relation to an ineffective transport block, to be communicated to a transmission power control unit (1015), when the DCI format last received from a PUSCH is DCI format 4 expressing that one transport block is ineffective.
